The Race to the Bottom: A Faculty-Student Collaboration

We take a short break from our series on the SEC access proposals and today will provide two student posts.  The first is from Armin Sarabi on an SEC administrative proceeding concerning the former head of Amex.  The second will be from Vaughn Marshall on the latest spring loading case from Delaware.  We will have more to say about the access proposal tomorrow.
