Orders by Judge Nottingham

There are two additional orders by Judge Nottingham posted on the DU Corporate Governance web site, including one denying the government the right to put on computer experts (in connection with allegations that a document signed by Mr. Nacchio was backdated) and an order requiring proper expert disclosure by Defendant.  The latter is in connection with possible testimony of Daniel Fischel from the University of Chicago.  Both are dated March 18.
