The First Steps Towards Sentencing

With the jury's verdict only having arrived yesterday at the end of the day, Judge Nottingham has already issued two orders, one requiring a pre-sentence investigation by the Probation Department and the other setting the sentencing hearing for July 27, 2007, with the entire day reserved for the matter.  Both are posted on the DU Corporate Governance web site.
