SEC Action Against Nacchio Resumes

A federal magistrate yesterday refused to continue the stay in discovery in the SEC's civil fraud case against Joe Nacchio and others.  The Denver Post reported on the hearing here.  A copy of the complaint filed by the SEC can be found at the DU Corporate Governance web site.
