Nacchio Trial - Day 12 (Afternoon blog)

Shortly after noon today, Judge Nottingham excused the jurors for the rest of the week.  Trial will resume on Monday.

The judge also gave the defense team until 5pm on Saturday to decide if Nacchio himself will testify.
