Delaware's Top Five Worst Shareholder Decisions of 2008 (Introduction)

We will devote the afternoon posts this week (the morning posts are on the agenda for the SEC once regime change occurs) to our annual review of the most anti-shareholder, anti-plaintiff decisions by the Delaware courts in 2008.  We did something similar last year (in a single post, which is here).  We encourage readers to submit comments on cases that they believe ought to go into the top 5.  The first post (#5) is below.
