Stoneridge and Its Implications

The Federalist Society sponsors an Online Debate Series.  The format is to arrange for a group of persons knowledgeable on a particular subject to discuss and debate the matter by email, with the thread then posted on line.  This has occurred in connection with a discussion on the Supreme Court's recent decision in Stoneridge.

Participants in the exchange included UCLA Law professor Stephen Bainbridge, Denver Sturm College of Law professor Jay Brown, the American Enterprise Institute's Ted Frank, Mayer Brown's Andrew Pincus, University of Texas at Austin - McCombs School of Business professor Robert Prentice, and Ohio Assistant Attorney General Andrea Seidt.

The discussion can be found at http://www.fed-soc.org/debates/dbtid.16/default.asp
