Stoneridge, Congress and the Shadow SEC

There will be additional briefs filed in Stoneridge.  On August 20, the Supreme Court granted the motion filed by the "Shadow" SEC and Congressmen Conyers and Frank to file an amicus brief in Stoneridge.  Justices Breyer and Roberts took no part in the decision, indicating that the circumstances for their recusal have not changed.
