Stoneridge v. Scientific Atlanta: The Senate Plans to Weigh In

Yesterday, hearings were held before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs on the state of the securities markets.  Among other things, Chairman Dodd indicated that he intended to file a brief in Stoneridge.  We would, therefore, expect a motion to file a late amicus from Senator Dodd.  A video of the hearings can be foundhere.
