The GAO Studies TARP

The GAO has issued a preliminary report on the implementation of TARP.  It is a bit early to make much of an assessment but the report contains a list of the financial institutions receiving capital infusion and a list of consultants hired to assist with implementation.  In that regard, it makes a nice resource.  As for corporate governance, there's no assessment of the executive compensation provisions.
