Shareholder Access, the SEC and TheRacetotheBottom

The Race to the Bottom filed a comment letter with the SEC on the Commission's access proposal.  The letter was filed on October 2, 2007 but was only posted today.  We are, therefore, pleased to provide a link to the letter, which largely covers the ground set out in a series of posts on this Blog.
