As Predicted: The SEC and the Further Denial of Shareholder Access (Part 2)

The wrongheaded decision by the SEC to refer a shareholder proposal on the payment of proxy expenses to the Delaware Supreme Court has proceeded apace. According to the WSJ, the parties must submit briefs by Monday, July 7, with oral argument scheduled two days later. The article noted that a “quick decision is expected.”
