Bainbridge to the SEC (April Fools)

For an April fools joke that one could only wish were true, seeSteve Bainbridge's spoof on his "appointment" to the Commission.  In truth, it would be nice to see Commissioner Atkins replaced with someone with that kind of intellectual ability and knowledge about the securities laws.  We at this Blog won't hold our breath.
