Diane Sanger Memorial Lecture

I worked for Diane Sanger in Washington back in the 1980s and may have learned more from her than any other securities lawyer.  Her passing away in 2008 was a considerable personal and professional loss (we had maintained some degree of sporadic communication over the years).
A lecture series has begun in her name.  Below is the announcement of the first one.
Honoring the former Associate General Counsel of the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (1953-2008)
and her commitment to protecting investors and
ensuring fairness in the capital markets
